We are growing and we need help!

Office Manager

Organise us! - we need someone to:

  • manage our workflow. We have a computerised scheduling system but we need someone to enter jobs to the system when received, follow up work not received, allocate work to staff etc,
  • set up new clients,
  • order stationery etc,
  • manage debtors, and
  • generally run our office.
  • We need a self-starter, someone who is able to organise themselves and us. We need someone with outstanding computer and communication skills and a real can-do attitude. As we set high standards for all our work we expect a high standard of attention to detail. We are leading edge and continually improving our processes and creating efficiencies.

    In return we anticipate this role will take around 10-20 hours a week and we offer flexible working hours and conditions. We call our work a "winter" job as we work solidly through winter when its great to be inside and less over the summer. We'd like someone to start mid-March.
